IPe is a compact smart connector that brings modern connectivity and support capabilities to existing aircraft systems. It can translate between legacy and modern protocols, bridge wired Ethernet to wireless connectivity, continuously monitor connected equipment for health and status, and provide a secure path for remote troubleshooting, maintenance, and software updates.

IPe stands for “IP everything.” Modern systems increasingly use IP as their primary communication method, but many proven products and aircraft systems still rely on interfaces such as RS-485, ARINC 429, discrete I/O, or proprietary protocols. IPe sits between those worlds, translating legacy and specialized interfaces into modern IP-based communications using standards such as MQTT, REST, MOSAIC, or custom IP protocols when needed. IPe can work with any CMS or Connectivity system on the market.
